Celebrating the podcast launch with family & friends

Several of my South Broad neighbors were among the guests attending the Nov. 10 podcast launch party at Common House in Chattanooga.

Launching this podcast has been a lot of fun, but it’s also been a lot of hard work. Thankfully, I’ve had a tremendous amount of help and support from family and friends. To celebrate, I hosted a launch party on Nov. 10 at Common House in Chattanooga. In addition to food and drinks, we had some free merchandise giveaways (e.g. mugs, tote bags, post-it notes) and prize drawings. We also raised $250 for the Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition.

It was great to visit with family members and old and new friends from Chattanooga, Nashville, Huntsville, and Atlanta. We even had a visitor from Scotland! (Thanks for coming, John!).

I hope this is the first of many celebrations. Thanks everyone for your support! And keep those suggestions and feedback coming!
