He is the owner and CEO of Pezon Properties, a team of local Pennsylvania buy-and-hold experts who purchase and improve rental properties in the Lehigh Valley, PA area. A Spanish speaker, husband, and father of three young children, Mat is eager to share how to find, finance and reposition deals in a competitive but shifting real estate market.
